Running .....

..... the Dalesway.

I've spent most of today at home trying to catch up with a bit of housework, my house still looks like a small bomb has gone off in it.

This evening I've been out for another run with Ali and Mr M. It's been a gorgeous evening for it, there were plenty of other runner and cyclists out tonight enjoying the lovely weather and scenery. The three of us ran out to Addingham via Nesfield on the country back roads and through fields of sheep and cows, running back along the Dalesway.

In total we ran about 7 miles ( with a few stops to take photos ), so today's blip is Mr M .....
