Joshua Tree National Park

The plan was to leave Oceanside at noon, arrive at the Park around 3 pm, take a leisurely drive through with many photo stops, then set up for a sunset shot. In reality we sat in traffic for an extra hour and a half, then had to make a detour for gas. So we experienced a rushed sunset and a beautiful starlit drive through the park. At least I got a photo of a Joshua tree!
