Today we did....

...storage heater rescue.  Installation of modified input thermostat and safety cutout on 36 year old storage heater.  It works (for the moment). We won't have to rewire the whole house to instal modern 'efficient' heaters that are no more 'efficient', just less flexible than the older ones.
