I was unlikely to get a blip today, so when I saw this sky at 6am from the landing window I snapped it.

My yearly asthma review went okay, I'm no worse anyway, and afterwards I continued my walk to the bank, Tesco and the Post Office. 

Fantastic to have the sun, it means I don't need to have the heating on!
