Wide Wednesday...Colour

I remembered the wide Wednesday theme,  sat in the surgery this morning and thought the red chairs would be suitable...thanks Bob. I took my week's record of the BP  readings, and thankfully they are much improved, although the GP wants another week, just to be certain. The medication makes me so weary though, and my energy levels are very low....oh well. It's better than the alternative. Its such a beautiful day again, which I'm really enjoying :)
