View down the valley

The walking group was reduced to two today with only Mrs TT and me available. As a result, I cancelled the planned walk which we will do next week when more people should be able to come and today we walked above the UNESCO fortified garrison town of Villefranche. The weather was sunny all morning. It was a steep climb up to the two chapels, 680 metres of ascent in all and 12 kilometres of walking.
