Back on the mat ....

For various reasons, I hadn't been at a yoga class for nearly a month and for some reason I wasn't exactly looking forward to it this morning. However I have myself a severe talking to and made my way over.  

We have moved to the River Room at the theatre and I am glad I went - it was lovely looking at at the river and surrounding hills and the class itself was excellent. 

I also enjoyed my Cearcall Comhraidh (Conversation Class) today - topics ranged from the joys or otherwise of poetry,  patterns and rules in Gaelic grammar with a fellow learner who likes maths, Winter Words and  recent assessments. 

I am now back at my desk getting ready for my tutorial. 

I am looking forward to day out tomorrow (and being away from my desk). 

PS This isn't my mat as I choose a spot where I could look out.
