The Merchant’s House, Glasgow

I was in town today to meet my eldest daughter for lunch before going to the Grand Hall in the Merchant’s House for ‘Enlightenment’, an immersive light show set to the music of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. We lay on beanbags looking up at the lights projected onto the walls and ceiling for 30 minutes then got the train home. It was a nice half hour of relaxation but I wasn’t wowed by it.
Built in 1874, The Merchant’s House stands on the corner of George Square and West George Street  and has many original features inside.
