Day 49

Day 49.

Today I am grateful for having two lovely sons who joined me for a wee lunch date today. It was slightly surreal listening to my wee boys discussing social care, Power of Attorney (don't think I'm at that stage yet!), pensions, politics, and investments. They know more than I do, that's for sure! They still like cake though!

No walk today. After yoga and mentoring, I felt pretty tired. Besides, the weather was shocking. I'm sure a yoga class equates to at least a mile walking!
