The Picnic Lunch

Monday and the weather is reasonable. It is not raining and it is not cold.

We decided to have a picnic and tour some of the Angus countryside. Today’s entry is the view through the windscreen where we had parked for lunch.

The road may be a little crumby at the verges, but the beech hedges have just been trimmed and many of the fields are ploughed or already growing crops.

The trees have a hint of green and the daylight hours are increasing quite quickly.
