Reinventing the Familair

For this weeks Abtract Thursday's challenge I have posted one of the paintings I did as part of an online course from Bridge House Art called Reinventing the Familiar.
In this image I have reconfigured a mermaid's purse with seaweed. The items being some of our beachcombed finds.
