Partick to Govan Bridge

Our mission today was to see this impressive bridge which opened in September 2024 for pedestrians and cycles. It spans the River Clyde between the Riverside Museum and Govan, it also swings open for shipping. Extra is the tall ship Glenleee alongside, built in 1896 in Glasgow, it’s the only steel square-rigged cargo vessel remaining.
