It’s that time of year again . . .

 
I’m afraid the pond (water feature) was sadly neglected this winter, and wound up a total mess full of muck and leaves.  This year I will put a net over, and drain it in the freezing months (maybe).
 
Anyway, a thorough bleaching was called fall, with all the wonderful foam the goes with it. I took one shot, then quarter of an hour later I just had to take another one.
 
 
Today has been a garden day.
 
I started with the lawn rake (the electric one!) to get up the remainder of the willow twigs that look unsightly and blunt Herbie’s teeth.  That is a major job for me these days, but it was good when it was done.  Further TLC of the lawn was required, but all was very satisfying.
 
After that was the ‘pond’, then bleaching the patio (etc!) prior to pressure washing hopefully tomorrow after shopping!!??
 
 
Too k*******d to cook dinner, so a Chinese carry out (delivery) for tea tonight.
