Trimming

Nipped in for a haircut this morning before taking my library books back but had to wait for a bit because the barber was doing his own grooming. I would’ve told him he’d missed a bit at the back but of course he hadn’t. That’s barbers for you. Anyway, I’m shorn and I’ll use that as the excuse for this evening’s inept bowling performance. Even by my current, poor standards I was really awful. They’re very polite but my teammates must have been grinding their teeth in frustration. I certainly was!
