After an in incredibly Misty start the sun came out. After taking things to a couple of charity shops we headed into town for a walk. My back still isn’t great - I’m sure it’s sciatica as the pain goes down my leg - but walking certainly helps. The harbour looks beautiful again in the sunshine.
We took MiL out for a coffee this afternoon to Moonfleet Manor Hotel - she had never been there.
