Village Walk, Thursday lunchtime

Following on from the exercise class in the chapel.  I took my meds about 12 noon.  I need to keep active after taking them at this time and for the hour before because my abdomen feels spikey and needs me to keep moving.  I’m not sure I totally understand what is happening at this time.  I’ve assumed it’s because I’m running out of the medicine dose, but maybe not.
