Weights class this morning. Another good session! I think I am getting stronger. I managed carrying the bag on my back and hoist it up in the overhead bin quite easily on holiday! I remember one time I went somewhere I had to ask a guy to lift up for me…..

What a lovely day it was very spring like. It made me want to get on with the tidying up after the winter in the garden.

Looking very fine indeed after major surgery, and she’s feeling much improved too, with a mindset that has shifted because of the success of the surgery. This is fabulous.

We had a great blether sitting in her light filled sitting room covering many subjects ….. and bonus when she produced one of my favs from the fridge, chocolate eclairs !

I had to leave before it got half light due to the cataract and road was good so home in 20 mins and an easy tea.

S was out so could start one of my guilty pleasures , MAFS Australia! That and look for the next trip!
