Damp and grey by the Tyne...

...a complete turnaround in the weather after yesterday's sunshine....

Roy was fascinated by all the scaffolding on the Tyne Bridge - major works going on there!

We had a little tootle into the Toon this aft to get a pair of ski socks for Roy, and we picked up a book at Waterstones as well. 

Having a snoozy evening before a very early pick-up tomorrow morning - off to the airport for a 6am take-off...
