Crocus

I managed a little lunch outing with a couple of dear old work friends. So lovely to see them again and have a jolly good catch up. The new 'Boyes' Store opened in town today. It's a Northern store I think and something similar to our much missed Wilco, so I'm sure it will be a great asset to our failing town centre.

On the way home I nipped into the Churchard for a flower blip. The carpet of Crocus looked a bit battered after all the rain last night but there were still some worthy of a Blip.   

Caught up on Crufts this afternoon. Loved Anna, the little Jack Russell who won the Terrier Group. Looking forward to the Gundog Group on Saturday. I used to have English Setters and won a 1st in the Novice class with my beloved Nickalsett Actress way back in the '70s when Crufts was held at Olympia in London. I'm in awe of fellow Blipper Larchlea who achieved many more accolades with her beautiful Cairns.
