Vitamin Sea

Almost pulled out of my 'ladies day' this morning as was feeling rotten but I dosed up on strong 'drugs' and went for it - so glad I did too!

First stop was South Queensferry to meet the rest of the ladies and then it was off to Fife in the 'adventure bus'. First stop was Kingsbarns Beach where we had the beachside sauna booked (view from in blip).

After the sauna we had a dip in the sea before carrying on up to St Andrews to visit the awesome Cheese Toastie shack (this time I wasn't letting any gulls steal my lunch!). Then back via Anstruther for an ice cream.

Such a great day, so glad I made it. Thankfully, I packed my car up ready for tomorrows market (Balerno) yesterday so I can just go straight to bed now.
