a day at the lakeside?

No, not really. Mum and I were out and about, going to the grocer's and the gym, ferrying my little sister around to her art class, and my friend from the house she was sitting to her home. I had my camera, as it needs the excercise and experience going out and about, and had wanted to go to the lake. It was quite sunny, but very windy, and mum was cold.

I don't know what this bird is, but it's was quite interesting to watch. It's mate or friend or whatever it appeared to be entirely asleep and floating around on the waves.
