Spring light

A glorious day (though windy), I set off for the lake, but a cloudless sky and a choppy lake didn't fill me with inspiration. Walking through Hope Park in Keswick I spotted these crocuses, shot on my 50 year old tessar 50mm lens, I loved the softness of the image, and the bokeh. the sunbeam / flare in the top left just seemed to be shining straight onto the main bloom.
