Let the party begin

Not the best of shots I am afraid, I was being jostled by lots of tourists all hoping to get similar pictures!

At the start of the Highland Games the pipe band march from the town square up to the 'lump' where the games take place. Everyone follows behind them up to the venue and it is always a great sight to see. A lovely day for the Games today, although it rained overnight the sun is now shining and it is lovely and warm. Figures crossed the weather holds and everyone has an enjoyable day.
