First Bee

This afternoon I decided to start sorting out the conservatory, ready for Spring. The last year or so it’s become a bit of a dumping ground.

I spent most of the time going through J’s small wicker cabinet, lots of paperwork. It felt very warm, so I opened the door to allow cooler air in, which is when the bumble bee arrived, threatening to come in. It landed on the outside of the door, so I told it to rest awhile whilst I went to get the camera.

So here it is. My first bee photograph of the year.
