Our Partnership Churches Women’s Day

… on International Women’s Day. And it was really really great.

Rachel the speaker (and friend), was so easy to listen to, as she spoke about contentment in Christ, from the book of Philippians. She was warm and witty and so so spot on - and she had worked hard to be faithful to what it actually says in the Bible. I told her afterwards that it was such a joy to listen to her, it was better than luxuriating in cookie dough ice cream. And I mean it. And I love cookie dough ice cream.

Enjoyed speaking to old and new friends and a special Blipper (pickwick84). Enjoyed seeing some family. Enjoyed my fish and chips lunch. Enjoyed my walks into town and back.

There were 220 women there, approximately, from 7 different churches. Amazing.
