River Dee Bore wave, Chester

A little interesting (well to me!) blip today - timed it right on a footbridge over the River Dee, about two miles out of Chester - the bore wave was just heading towards me as I got onto the bridge!

Didn't really have time to set up properly, so no tripod, but got as many shots off as I could - and this was one of the better ones! This is looking from North Wales into Chester, which is just out of sight!

Will try again in another location - having lived around here all my life this is only the third time I have seen the bore - will wait for a good high tide when apparently it is much better!
