2025 Saturday — Spring is Arriving

What a beautiful Saturday. Midday we watched sailboats on Estero Bay. Late in the afternoon Chloe and Mitzi took us for a walk; as we walked, I took photos of flowers while the pups sniffed every plant.

We returned to the house and gave both pups a bath (what a job!). The next event was preparing dinner. Mr. Fun helped me make the meatloaf mixture and then patties that we sautéed for tonight’s meal; then we baked the loaves for another night.

This was the last “just after 6:00 p.m.” sunset for a long time, and it happened as we were dining. Tomorrow evening’s sunset will be after 7:00. So now we will change our clocks and head for sweet dreams.
