Yellow Tails

They were in the trees near our balcony again today, but this time they were the yellow tail Black Cockatoos.  I didn’t have time to get out the 600mm  Sigma Zoom lens, but I did like the light in the trees and this character seemed happy to pose for me.  You wouldn’t believe the mess they are making in the courtyard.  Every day there’s another mass of leaves and chewed nuts.  We don’t mind though because it’s a great spectacle and we feel very lucky to have them come and visit us.
