River Dart.
This is the beautiful stretch of the River Dart that runs through the campsite where Paul and the 4 children are staying. I was able to stay the day with them today due to having no mindees today. The site is beautiful and a childs heaven with forest to explore, play parks, assault courses, water rope swings and lakes to play in.
We spent the morning by the lake with Paul and I sunbathing whilst the children explored the lake with a pirate ship in the centre. They loved it even though the water was a tad chilly. We headed back via the assault courses and a walk along the river and through the forest. Truly idyllic here. We had a mid afternoon barbecue and then relaxed whilst the children played and then joined them for a game of football.
All too soon it was 7pm and time for me to drive home leaving the twins behind. There were tears when I left although not from the twins but me. They couldn't care less lol
