Croci

These little beauties are growing at the base of the tree in our front garden - they were wide open this morning as it warmed up.

I took a shed load of images for a focus stack - but even though they are close to the ground the wind was blowing them about and there was just too much movement between frames for the alignment/stacking process to work effectively..so I just picked one frame, hopefully not too blurry!

Mrs madwill is away for a few days with a sewing group - so I have been left in charge of beer and sausages again….

Five miles walked again this morning - and I am now less than four miles behind target on my challenge. Hopefully I shall be able to claw that back this week.
