Asked

I was asked for a recipe for a local project.. having given them one I was then asked if I had a photo of it.. nope! Ah well, a good excuse to just  make a Lemon Roulade in order to take the photo!!  I have to say I take my hat off to people who take food photos for a living!!  There is nothing perfect about this but it tasted delicious! Rather a lot of cream filling but it is per the recipe.. next time I would use a little less I think but the lemon really shines through nom nom. We missed lunch so we had a slice to accompany the rather excellent rugby.. although the last 20 mins were a bit flat and boring.
Lots achieved in the garden and the green bins going out full tonight.. that's good.
