Today I finally made it out with the bird seed hearts I made a while back. Next week will be colder again, with snow, so I wanted to get them out.
I found these fungai on a fallen tree by the path I was walking. The firs bit was easy, then came soft watery ground, then an area with thick bushes that I carefully got through. I had bits of branches in my hair when I finally got out. :D I do need to get some kind of holder for the bird seed hearts, because the string didn’t hold and I couldn’t stick them on branches without them breaking apart. I need to think about how to make the next batch…
