Carlton Place Suspension Bridge, 1853

Carlton Place Suspension Bridge connects Clyde Street on the city centre side of the river Clyde in Glasgow and Carlton Place on the south side. The towers on either end of the bridge were designed by Alexander Kirkland (1824-1892).
