Sat down to watch the Oscar laden Anora.
Hmm. No doubt it’s a great film, I’m no prude but the first half hour was just pornogaphic and felt both gratuitous and exploitative of the lead actress. Was that why she got the Oscar? The story was gripping but dwelt too much on nudity, saw more bare bums than a weekend trip to Berlin ;))))))

Would I recommend? Yes, but don’t watch with your daughter as I did, mother, grandmother in fact anyone, you might feel uncomfortable having a bath with.
