I had an interesting day today. I enjoyed a 'catch up' with a friend over a delicious bowl of soup at Velocity café. On the way home I stopped at North Kessock to watch the dolphins feeding in the firth. While I was there I had a chance meeting with Baron-it was nice to put a face to the name. After that I passed Tony the Fridge-he is attempting to run 40 Marathons in 40 days from John O’ Groats to Lands’ end England Carrying a 42kg Smeg Fridge on his back and raise £20, 000 for the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation.
