Watching me watching you

I can see why the butterflies love the buddleia, they are perfectly adapted to reach the tasty nectar right at the bottom of each tiny flower and with so many tiny flowers on each large bloom I understand why they are called Butterfly Bushes. My buddleia had masses of butterflies on today of many different varieties and they were all quite happy to have a lens up close, so I took advantage of their good nature and got some shots from different angles. This one is a tortoiseshell butterfly having his lunch and enjoying the sunshine.
Such a lovely day today, sunny but not excessively hot, just how I like it :-)))
