WINTER VISTA

Dashed out when the rain let up .
I love blue flowers in a garden. This winter scene with bare branches reveals vistas to the orchard and the mountains beyond. Soon the new leaves of the old pear tree will create a green curtain obscuring the old stone wall, the orchard and the mountains.
These new vistas are unexpected bonuses when the bare, grey winter branches dominate in the garden.
