Regent's Park- and a trip on the canal

B has a London hospital appointment. So joined her and we made a day of it. A thoroughly enjoyable time starting with a Regent's Park walk, then lunch at Camden Lock, a canal trip to Little Venice, a walk to Paddington for a cup of tea then home by train.
