Stella

Many years ago we planted a cherry tree in the garden of our previous house.
It was a dwarf tree,so it soon grew to maturity, and was a picture every spring with its veil of white blossom.
Sadly, the few cherries the birds left us were invariably too sour to enjoy.
We must have been doing something wrong, because these supermarket cherries are the same variety,Stella, and taste just as sweet and juicy as they look.
