Right on cue...

On our early morning walk today, there was a real chill in the air which I haven't felt for a couple of months, and my thoughts turned to autumn, waiting in the wings to bring the cold, dark weather again... I wasn't overexcited by this thought and pushed it away, thinking... 'we've got weeks and weeks of summer left'! Just as we turned into the park, I spotted this little Robin hopping on the grass - a CHRISTMAS bird! So, back went my thoughts to dark, snowy days - but I love Robins and haven't been able to blip one yet, so this little beauty was a gift! And here he is - my blip star of the day... :-)
