Left behind

I wanted an overview of the locale.

Walked up Top Mere Road with its 1:4 gradient. Im not built for steep inclines with my spindly legs and puny glutes so only walked high enough to see the views.

A cloudy day with a north easterly breeze, a cooler feel.

As we turned back Albert decided to forge on ahead, leaving us behind!
