Fantastic Beasts & Where To Find Them At 50% Off

We set out again today for a drive with no particular destination in mind and then decided on a return visit to the village of Biddenden, only to discover that literally everything apart from the local corner shop was closed - the pub, the cafe and even its antiques shop.
Therefore, we settled on continuing on to Tenterden for a spot of lunch and a stroll around the town. Today's shot is another in my shop window series - although in this instance that is underselling it somewhat as this establishment is called "Lift Your Spritis", which describes itself as a Victorian Steampunk experience and emporium for the spirit (of the alcoholic persuasion and not the metaphysical kind) enthusiast. You can indulge in a cocktail or even a mixology class whilst also perusing its selection of steampunk and cocktail themed wares.
Sadly it wasn't open today but I just liked how the pale afternoon light was alighting on the fantastical beasts in the window display whilst also confirming that they were available at half price!
In my wisdom I thought we should take an alternative route home and managed to get us a bit lost - luckily my brother had google maps on his smartphone and we ended up passing through some delightful looking villages including Hothfield, Godinton and Little Chart, which are sure to be added as stopping off points on our ongoing tour of Kent villages and towns, before finding ourselves on the road to Charing from where we knew our way home.
