Walk and talk around Witton Country Park .

Feel lucky to have been able to spend the morning walking in Sunshine. It’s clouding over now and starting to feel a bit chilly. It was a treat to spend time, catching up , with my friend and former work colleague, Alison . I was up in the night , awake and restless so tired today . Doing an early blip and will then stay away from screens and see if that helps .
