The Castle, Obidos

We took the pretty way and followed a route through the Minho and over into the Douro valley. Gorgeous. Then the main road over the mountains which was brilliant. The boring bit was then motorway over to the coast and south to Obidos which took ages and was dull. But but but. Look what was here when we arrived. This is the view from my bedroom window!!! In in a room named after Queen Catherine. I shall be coming home with ideas above my station.
