Good Housekeeping Book

This is one of the things we brought back with us from Scotland (and one of the few to be unpacked). I’m putting the inside back cover as my main blip and the front cover as an extra, given that the front cover shows a chunk of meat and non-meat eaters may not like to be faced with this, uninvited. Bb gave this book to his mum in 1971 and there’s a sweet inscription inside the front cover from an 11-year old Bb, who says he remembers choosing it without any help and his dad helped him with buying it. She obviously used it, as there are still a couple of very used bookmarks in it.
