Terrible photo …

Haaaaa it’s so hard to get a photo at the track when it’s dark … obviously we can’t seem to keep still so it’s out of focus and we look deranged . We were absolutely frozen by the end of the training session .
Good things though - I kept my arms straight on the release of the hammer …. Now I need to go back to working on the turn … it’s reminding myself to do everything ALL AT THE SAME TIME ;-))

I wouldn’t do this if it wasn’t fun x
