Kaiserschmarren

Been busy making these vegan 'pancakes. Also apple puree, and hummus (with the chickpeas left over after using the liquid).

Traditionally served with raisins and apple sauce. I saw the recipe on one of my favourite sites 'Fit Green Mind' and decided I had to have a go. Egg whites are substituted with Aquafaba.
