Always nice to try something new. Served with lemon and pepper asparagus and baby potatoes.

I went to the dump, saw a Notary Public, swore an oath, bought ingredients for supper, did some childminding, cooked and tidied.

Currently reading The Land in Winter by Andrew Miller. Some very unlovable characters but a very strong evocation of rural England in the early ‘60s. Good dipper.
