Minch Moor

Another day, another hill to climb. Not as gruelling as yesterday’s admittedly and sadly no warm sunshine (mainly cloudy or light rain).
This time me, Janet and Kate set off from Traquair Village Hall on a 5 mile loop up to the top of Minch Moor, past the Resolution Point and the Cheese Well.
The sun finally came out, while we were enjoying our tea and cheese scones, back in No 1 café in Innerleithen!
I cooked asparagus risotto for son no 2 and his partner on their return tonight. Mr P was giving another Camino presentation, this time to the local Rotary Club.
