Well Hello!!

The purple finches and the Gold finches are flocking to the feeders! So colorful!
Good day today. I worked on planning the set of the spring church play. Then, home. A friend came out and hauled off a lot of scrap metal and old tin.
We are at church tonight for a Baptist association meeting. We are hosting so there is food. I debated about coming. The exhaustion is hard to push through but rest doesn’t restore you, you just do what you gotta do.
Don’t think I told you: the echo cardiogram showed my hearts pumping has decreased mildly. Enough to cause an energy drain . Meds changed and added. Labs show no muscle damage thankfully! They still say long haul covid.
